Q: How long will I have to wait for some one to contact me?

A: A qualified engineer will contact you to arrange to visit within the working day.

Q: Will I get a full explanation of the proposed work and a fixed price?

A: We will discuss all your requirements before any work is carried out. We will then fully explain all the details and give you a quote.

Q: What types of sockets can you install?

A: We can install a wide selection of telephone sockets from single points , doubles, flush and surface to points for all your Broadband and satellite television requirements.

Q: Can you add extensions to my existing line?

A: Yes we can add extensions to any room in your house on your existing telephone line.

Q: Are the materials used of the same standard as the large corporate companies?

A: All of the materials used are of the highest quality and are permanently wired unlike inferior Do it Yourself Kits.

Q: Can you relocate or install telephone extensions for PDQ machthat old ines?

A: Yes we can install points or extensions for PDQ machines.

Q: I'm having broadband connection problems - can you help?

A: Yes. Did you know that old style wiring or modern extension leads were not designed with broadband in mind. If you have done a speed test at your main socket and

the speed differs fom other points in the house then chances are your internally wiring needs updating.
